Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to their nature:

  • Intimate or sanitary items, such as menstrual cups.
  • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products.
  • Cloths that have been worn or washed.

To complete your return:

  • Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Process

  2. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Refund Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at lnfo@ladylanka.lk and send your item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank for potential delays.
