When I founded Lady Lanka, I had a simple yet powerful belief: that every woman deserves menstrual care that respects both her body and the planet. Too often, women are left choosing between convenience, comfort, or cost — and too many beautiful, reusable options are inaccessible or under-trusted.

At Lady Lanka, we set out to change that. Our goal is not just to sell products, but to create a movement of awareness, dignity, and sustainable living. Each menstrual cup, cloth pad, or reusable menstrual wear that we offer has been chosen or made with care, keeping safety, comfort, and environmental impact in mind.

We are deeply committed to empowering women and girls: through education about menstrual health, through making better products affordable, and through fostering a community where discussing and managing periods is free from shame. We believe that awareness is as important as access.
